My perspective on NewtonLocke.com has never been just a online publishing store. One of the biggest risks that any publisher can take is when they offer to publish anything, be it a book, movie, or album, and as a start up company, we can't afford the financial risk- yet. But NewtonLocke.com is intended to generate enthusiam for upcoming artists, a jumping off point, a career starter, and it has always been my intention to publish books, movies and music albums that deserve to be out in stores. (If the public likes you, why shouldn't you be published?). So please don't see us as an online publisher, because we are so much more than that. And who knows, down the line, you could see your work in stores, just as it was always intended to be. Thank you.

NewtonLocke.com is dedicated to discovering the newest talent from around the world. This site serves as an talent agency, online store and blog all focused on finding the next big success story. Created by an aspiring young author who found it difficult to break into the book industry, NewtonLocke.com was made so that the best all have an equal oppurtunity to shine. As a matter of principle, all submissions will be accepted, and because we are dedicated to the artist, we offer some of the highest percentages in the industry. When I first began searching for a literary agent for the novel, The Little Boy Story, I was astounded at how difficult it truly was to break into the literary market, and angered at the close minded approach many of the literary agents used to construct their lists. Nine months into the search, I had one offer for representation (which I was very thankful for), but I was still unsatisfied with the results. I loved The Little Boy Story and everything that it stood for, and all I really wanted was the oppurtunity for the public to read the book and decide its fate for themselves. I knew of books like the Harry Potter series and The Diary of Anne Frank that almost didn't make publication because of short sighted literary agents, and I knew that there were hundreds of books of equal caliber still waiting for their big break.

Newtonlocke.com is dedicated to showcasing the talents of every undiscovered author, singer, director, band or artist. I wanted to build a site where people could find the most cutting edge band, or the next star author. I wanted to give artists an oppurtunity to showcase their talents, and allow to create their own successes. Most of all I wanted a way to guarentee the undiscovered an income, so that they might be able to live off their crafts.

One measure unique to Newtonlocke.com is that ALL WORKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Having grown up in America, I came to understand that there is always a market for any given talent, and these unique characteristics are what shape our country. So I encourage every undiscovered artist to show off their talents. This may be your big break!
